Meet The Team

Veterinarian
Colton McAleer, DVM
Colton grew up on a ranch South of Unity, SK. He has had an interest in animals since he was young and trained horses growing up. As a rotation at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine Colton spent a month learning about bovine reproduction technologies at the institute of animal reproductions in Cordoba, Argentina. After graduating in 2016 Colton worked at a mixed animal practice in Maple Creek, SK for two years.

Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
Alanna Bell
She is the voice your most likely to hear when you call and the smiling face your most likely to see when you walk in. Alanna is devoted and diligent. She is great with all animals and is a natural with horses. She raises horses and barrel races . We are honored to have her as the face of our clinic!

Registered Veterinary Technologist
Nikki Mireau, RVT
Nikki graduated from SIAST in 2014. Nikki is from the Harris area originally and currently comes to us from the Ruthilda area. She loves cats (and is great with all animals). She is always going the extra mile for our clients and their fur families - that warm towel fresh out of the dryer for your post-op baby has Nikki's name all over it. Her purrrrrsonality fits in great with our team! Nikki is friendly, devoted, and can make anybody feel at home.

Registered Veterinary Technologist
Rachel Mitchell, RVT
After graduating from Sask Polytechnic in 2018 Rachel worked in Moose Jaw for a few years. She originally hails from the rural lands of Kerrobert and we are fortunate to have her in our community. She's empathetic, thoughtful, and a problem solver. She's a core member of our team that keeps the clinic running smoothly all while providing top patient care.

Student
Teanna Crossman
Teanna helps out around the clinic after school. The team (especially Colton's son) loves when Teanna is around! She's easy going, hard working, and she has a great sense of humor! When she's not busy with school, helping out at the clinic, rodeoing, or playing hockey, you'll find her helping out on the farm.
Teanna is a great asset and helps the clinic run smoothly day to day.

Student
Brenna Dolan
Brenna is studying animal bioscience at the University of Saskatchewan and she wants to be a veterinarian. She loves working with all animals, and cows have a special place in her heart. We appreciate her taking the time to help us out when she's not busy with her studies!
